Proof of Age Required:

All products sold at Majestic Vapes require proof of age upon delivery. This policy ensures we comply with legal requirements across Canada. The purchaser must provide valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery for age verification. Failure to provide proof of age will result in the package being returned to sender, and a 90% restocking fee will apply. Any associated re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Orders paid via credit/debit card will be processed automatically on our website, while E-Transfer instructions will be emailed to you after the order is placed. When choosing E-transfer as your chosen payment method, your order will not be processed until your E-Transfer is received.

In-Store Pickups:

Majestic Vapes offers convenient same day and next day in-store pickup at our Brampton and Mississauga locations. Simply place an order online and select “In Store Pickup” during checkout. You’ll receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the order details when collecting your order.

  • Next-Day Pickup: Available at Mississauga location when placing an order before 9pm.

Monday – Friday:  11 AM – 7 PM

Pick up Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Same-Day Delivery (GTA)

Majestic Vapes provides same-day delivery to select cities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays will be delivered between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day. You can place an order for delivery on our online store. Simply choose the “Same Day Home Delivery GTA” option at checkout.

Our same-day delivery applies to all orders in the following cities within the GTA: Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Coleraine, Courtice, Markham, Mississauga, Newmarket, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby

  • Orders Placed After 11:00 AM:
    • Monday-Thursday: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
    • Friday: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Weekend Deliveries: No deliveries on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • All orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Please add any special delivery instructions in the order notes during checkout.
  • Provide a valid phone number: Required for driver contact with text notifications
    • You will receive a confirmation text when your order is being processed.
    • After 2:00 PM, a second text will provide a live tracking link.
  • Proof of Age and Age Verification:
    • Required for all orders
    • Must be provided at delivery; customer must be present.
  • Restocking Fee: 90% restocking fee + delivery cost for failed age verification.
  • Missed Delivery: Rescheduled within 24-48 hours; second failed attempt results in package return and refund minus delivery cost.

We offer:

  • Free delivery on orders over $50 (before tax).
  • A delivery fee of $8 + tax applies to orders under $50 (before tax).
  • Age verification is required for all same-day deliveries in the GTA.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid phone number as the driver will contact you prior to delivery. If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will reach out to reschedule.
