At Majestic Vapes we will always do our best to provide our customers the products they need and will do our best to accommodate you when something is not right. To ensure this we offer a warranty that will come into effect upon purchase of the product and will remain valid for 14 calendar days from purchase.
What is Covered?
It’s okay, sometimes you buy the wrong coils or pods, it happens. We want to make sure you get the right equipment for your unit so products may be returned within 14 days that are unused and sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging with the receipt. Bring your items back to the store and we will exchange them for what you need.
If your item is dead on arrival (DOA) please contact us within 24 hours to arrange for a return. This applies to:
- All Hardware (mods, tanks, starter kits etc.)
- Herbal Vapes*
- Disposables (ALLO, Ghost, ENVI, etc.)
If you do find out your hardware or disposable is DOA you can exchange it that same day, call Majestic Vapes at (905) 454-3244, or send an email to [email protected].
Manufacture defects for hardware typically are noticed within the first 24 hours. Let us know what happened and we will put your device through our thorough troubleshooting process in-store. In some instances, it only requires a small fix and we will do our best to get your unit working. If in this process, we do find it to be defective we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.
Herbal vapes are covered under extended manufacturer warranties. The time frame will vary according to your vape unit and will be covered by the manufacturer. The warranty for each device can be found on its box or at majesticvapes.ca in the product description. The manufacturer warranty will be honored by the manufacturer with the customer's original receipt.
There is a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for the FOCUS V Carta which must be claimed through their company. The warranty can be found here: https://focusv.com/pages/warranty-1
What is NOT Covered?
Any item that was purchased outside of the 14 day warranty window.
We cannot accept any returns for Ejuice for health and safety reasons. However if you feel your juice is not up to industry standard you can reach us at [email protected]. Send along a picture of your Ejuice as well as the batch number on the side of the bottle. A sales associate will inspect the batch and follow up with you shortly.
Any opened consumable item cannot be returned. Included in this is:
- Empty Pods
Majestic Vapes does not accept returns for any damage to a device including:
- Expected wear and tear
- Water damage
- Aesthetic concerns
If you do find your device is functioning improperly and falls outside of the 14-day warranty window, feel free to bring it into a store and have a sales associate take a look at it. We will do our best to get your unit working for you or set you up with a new device perfect for you!
We do not accept returns for opened or unopened pre-filled pods and all STLTH compatible pods which include all STLTH compatible pods we currently sell. There are no refunds or exchanges for all prefilled pods purchased online or in-store.
If your item meets the above qualifications for a return then it much be brought to the location from which it was purchased. Any exchanges must be done with the same purchase method (debit to debit, credit to credit, cash to cash, etc.).
Shipped products must be returned to our Brampton location. Any costs incurred in this process are the responsibility of the customer. Our team will run the item through our troubleshooting process and if it falls under warranty a refund/exchange will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
If you are returning an unopened item from an online purchase, please send your order to the Brampton store. Any shipping fees from the original shipment will be deducted and a refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment.
