Shipping Policy and Information
Majestic Vapes ships vaping products to all provinces and territories across Canada. This page covers everything you need to know before placing an order, including shipping rates, age verification requirements, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.
Canada-Wide Shipping
We ship to every province and territory in Canada. We do not ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched via Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, and Flashbird. We select the courier based on your location and the fastest available option at the time of dispatch. All shipments are insured for up to $100.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order complete email confirming that your order has been processed and is ready to ship, along with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Free shipping thresholds and flat-rate fees apply based on your delivery region.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold for their region are charged a flat rate of $15.00.
Ordering to an Ontario Address
Customers with Ontario delivery addresses need to place their order through our dedicated Ontario store, not through the main website.
Ontario has its own provincial excise tax on vaping products, which is applied on top of the federal excise tax. This effectively doubles the excise duty on vape products sold to Ontario customers. All products on the Ontario site are priced to include both the federal and provincial excise taxes. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additional charges at checkout.

For first-time orders, the shipping address must match the billing address associated with your payment method. If these do not match, contact us before placing your order at [email protected].
Age Verification at Delivery
All orders shipped across Canada require proof of age upon delivery. This applies regardless of province or territory.
The person receiving the package must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. The courier will not leave the package without completing this step.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the following procedures apply depending on the courier:
- Canada Post: A delivery notice card will be left in your mailbox or community mailbox. The package will be redirected to the nearest post office for pickup.
- Purolator and Canpar: A second delivery attempt will be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be transferred to the nearest pickup location based on your delivery address.
- Flashbird: One additional delivery attempt will be made. This second attempt can be rescheduled for the following day using the Flashbird tracking link. Flashbird will not attempt delivery more than twice per order.
If a valid ID cannot be provided at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us. In this case, a 90% restocking fee will apply to your order. Any re-shipping fees required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Majestic Vapes is not responsible for packages returned due to failure to provide proof of age at delivery.
Legal Vaping Age by Province and Territory
The legal age to purchase vaping products varies by province and territory. Orders will not be processed for customers who do not meet the legal age requirement in their region.
- 19 years and older: Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador
- 18 years and older: Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
- 21 years and older: Prince Edward Island
Payment Methods

Orders paid by credit or debit card are processed automatically at checkout. If you select e-transfer as your payment method, your order will not be processed until payment is received. E-transfer instructions will be sent to you by email after your order is placed. If payment for an e-transfer order is not received within 24 hours of the payment reminder email being sent, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order at any point before a tracking number has been issued. Once a tracking number is generated, the order has been dispatched, and changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Majestic Vapes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once they have left our facility. This includes packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for stolen packages unless a required signature is requested in your order notes after your first order with us.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur a restocking fee.
If your shipment is delayed, use your tracking number to follow up with the courier directly. If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
If your package is lost in transit we will start an investigation with the courier and the courier will contact you by email. Once the investigation is complete, we can issue a full order replacement or refund for the order. We can not replace or refund the order until the courier declares the package is lost in transit.
