3mg Vape Juice
3mg is the default strength for sub-ohm vaping, and it's the one most direct-lung vapers settle on. The logic is simple: a sub-ohm device pushes far more vapour per puff than a small pod, so a low strength still delivers plenty of nicotine. Go higher on that kind of setup and it turns harsh fast. If you're vaping a tank with a big airy draw, start here.

Why 3mg suits sub-ohm
Nicotine delivery is strength multiplied by volume. A sub-ohm coil at 60 watts vaporises several times more liquid per puff than a pod system does, so 3mg through that device lands closer to 20mg through a small one. It's also why 3mg bottles are almost always 60ml or larger — you go through them faster.
Moving up or down
If 3mg leaves you reaching for the device constantly, 6mg is the next step and it's a noticeable jump on a sub-ohm setup. If it feels scratchy at the back of the throat, drop to 0mg rather than fighting it. Every price already includes the federal excise tax, so checkout holds no surprises.
