À propos
Evak makes storage, not vapes, and it earns its shelf space here anyway. These are airtight glass containers designed to keep dry herb in proper condition, and once you've used one, the baggie-in-a-drawer system starts looking like what it is.
The mechanism is the clever part. Push the lid down and it forces air out ahead of it as it travels, then seals at whatever level your contents sit. Less air resting on top of your herb means aroma and texture hold on far longer than they do in a mostly-empty jar or a sandwich bag.
Two sizes are on the shelf: the Small Compact at $29.99 and the Medium at $39.99. Size to how much you actually keep on hand. The Small Compact suits people who buy a little at a time, while the Medium holds a proper stash without wasting half its volume on air, which is the thing you're trying to avoid in the first place.
Glass earns its keep too. It doesn't absorb smells, doesn't stain, and rinses back to neutral, none of which is true of plastic.
If you've already spent real money on a dry herb vaporizer from the likes of Arizer or Utillian, an Evak is the cheapest upgrade you can make to it, because the device can only work with the material you feed it. Store it properly and everything downstream works better.
Questions
What is an Evak container?
It's an airtight glass storage container with a push-down lid: press the lid toward the contents and air gets forced out as it goes, then the seal holds at that level. Less trapped air means dry herb keeps its aroma and texture noticeably longer than it would in a bag or a half-empty jar.
What sizes does Evak come in?
We stock two: the Small Compact at $29.99 and the Medium at $39.99. Pick based on how much you actually store. The push-down lid settles at your fill level either way, so both sizes stay low on trapped air, but there's no point paying for volume you'll never use.
Why does airtight storage matter for dry herb?
Air is what dries herb out and dulls it. Cut down the oxygen sitting on top of your material and the aroma, flavour, and texture hang around much longer. If you've spent good money on a dry herb vaporizer from a brand like Arizer or Utillian, proper storage is what protects that investment.
Where can I buy Evak containers in Canada?
Majestic Vapes sells both Evak sizes online and ships anywhere in Canada. The Small Compact is $29.99 and the Medium is $39.99. Free shipping starts at $50 for Ontario and Quebec, so a Medium plus almost anything else qualifies, and the threshold is $100 for the rest of the country. GTA orders can often go same-day.
Can I use an Evak for things other than herb?
Sure. It's a glass container with an air-evacuating lid, so anything that fades with air exposure benefits: coffee, tea, spices. Around here it sells alongside our herbal gear because that's what our customers use it for, but the jar itself doesn't know the difference.
